Automation runs repetitive checks fast; end-user testing catches confusing screens and unexpected real-world mistakes. They complement each other, and I offer automation as a separate service if you need it.

A staging URL for web, TestFlight or an APK for mobile, or an installer for desktop is enough. Test accounts, if needed, speed things up.

In this service my job is to find and document bugs. If you give me access to the source code, I can take on the fixes as a separate job.

No testing can guarantee a bug-free product. We define the scope clearly up front, and I run and report every scenario within it.
